You also get all the shuffle and such examples. The tracks are introduced by the author. You can learn a lot listening to the introductions. One of the tips the author mentions is the advantages of playing Blues in the key of A: That the chords in the key of A, (A - D - and E) all have open bass strings.


The songs are played 2 times: once at a slow speed and once at a faster, or full speed. You can listen to the slow version of the song when you begin learning it. Then, when you're comfortable with where all the notes are, you switch over to working on learning to play at full song speed tempo. The 2 track speeds help you know how it should sound at these two stages.
